Programming designed for ages 55 and older

Arts & Crafts — Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to Noon

Join this fun class for a variety of arts & crafts which features several mediums of crafting.

Game Day — Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Come join others as they play some favorite board games such as checkers and Parcheesi in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Contract Bridge — Tuesdays and Thursday from Noon to 3:30 p.m.

Enjoy some company and play this popular card game. Players must know how to play bridge.

Red Hatters — Second Friday of each month from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

This red hat group meets September through May. Join this fun, social group to discuss upcoming activities.

Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) — Tuesdays from 6 to 8 p.m.

TOPS is the oldest international, non-profit, non-commercial weight loss support group.

Computer Lab —Monday through Friday (10 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 3 p.m.) providing free Internet access.

Enhance Fitness — Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays (10 to 11 a.m.) featuring exercise using chairs to help fight osteoporosis and enhance flexibility, strength and balance for every day function and mobility.
