Attached is the Maintenance of Traffice (MOT) detour plan to be implemented on the Lloyd Estates Residential & Industrial (LERI) project for the closure of NW 38 St. (Park Lane West) between North Andrews Avenue & Powerline Road. The contractors began work and are scheduled to finish in two months. There will be access for local traffic only and traffic will be routed via NW 39 Street and NW 37 Street (see plans attached). The contractor for the Lloyd Estates Residential & Industrial project will continue working in the areas indicated on the attached TIR sketch starting Monday January 30, 2012. There will be intermittent road closures with access to local traffic. Full access will be reestablished by 6 p.m. for most areas except NW 38 Street/Park Lane West which will remain for local traffic only, Construction detour signs and MOT will be in place prior to the closure and beginning of work activities.
